in recent years, educational mobile internet applications (hereinafter referred to as educational apps) have been widely used. while promoting education and teaching, they have also brought some new problems.

for example, some educational apps are overly entertaining, vulgar, involve pornography, gambling, and other harmful information, and are filled with advertisements. in order to obtain data resources, they illegally collect and use user personal information, seriously polluting the learning environment for young people, infringing on their physical and mental health, and causing troubles for teachers, students, and parents.

in order to comprehensively manage the chaos in educational mobile applications and fill in the gaps in supervision, education administrative departments and schools should do a good job in the filing management of educational apps, strengthen prior review and filing of educational apps, and supervise them during and after the event.

in early september this year, the beijing municipal education commission"beijing education mobile internet application registration implementation rules"solicit public opinions.

the implementation rules contain 9 chapters and 35 articles. comprehensive coveragedefinition of educational app, division of work responsibilities, registration conditions for providers and users, and registration operation processthe four items include: re-emphasizing the registration of providers and users, and clarifying the basic requirements for the registration management of education apps;educational app selection system, review and recommendation system, exit mechanism, supervision and managementit has integrated five items, including publishing black and white lists, promoting quality improvement and other rectification measures, to ensure the orderly and healthy development of educational apps.
