(hereinafter referred to as "diaoyutai wine") issued a statement on its wechat official account saying that recently a number of liquor products that counterfeit the "diaoyutai" brand and packaging have appeared on the market. among them, the "diaoyutai royal products" (liquor category) trademark has been declared invalid by the state intellectual property office, and "diaoyutai food co., ltd." no longer exists.
the statement said that the company was exclusively authorized by the diaoyutai state guesthouse administration of the ministry of foreign affairs (hereinafter referred to as "diaoyutai state guesthouse") to produce and sell "diaoyutai" brand liquor. recently, many liquor products that counterfeit the "diaoyutai" brand and packaging have appeared on the market. among them, the "diaoyutai royal products" (liquor category) trademark has been declared invalid by the state intellectual property office, and its owner has no form of cooperation relationship with diaoyutai liquor or diaoyutai state guesthouse.
diaoyutai liquor also said that "diaoyutai food co., ltd." no longer exists. diaoyutai state guesthouse has recently transferred its 100% equity in diaoyutai food co., ltd. and completed the industrial and commercial change registration procedures. the latter was renamed "beijing jingsilu food sales co., ltd." in august 2024. according to the previous statement of diaoyutai state guesthouse, the company and its subsidiaries are not allowed to continue to use the "diaoyutai" trademark, business name and other intangible assets, and are not allowed to carry out business activities in the name of diaoyutai state guesthouse's subsidiaries. in addition, the production, sales and promotion activities carried out under the names of "diaoyutai food co., ltd.", "diaobiao", "huatu" and "diaopinhui" have nothing to do with diaoyutai liquor and diaoyutai state guesthouse.
tianyancha shows that guizhou diaoyutai state guest wine co., ltd. was established in 2009 with a registered capital of 288 million yuan. its major shareholder is diaoyutai economic development co., ltd., which holds 43% of the shares, and ding yuanhuai holds 36% of the shares. the actual controller of diaoyutai economic development co., ltd. is diaoyutai state guesthouse.
