from the perspective of industry, the investment in the secondary industry grew rapidly, and the investment in the tertiary industry had strong support. the investment in the primary industry fell by 1.5%, the investment in the secondary industry grew by 32.8%, and the investment in the tertiary industry grew by 6%. among them, the information transmission, software and information technology service industry grew by 23.6%, the water conservancy, environment and public facilities management industry grew by 83%, and the leasing and business service industry grew by 1.5 times.

from the perspective of investment characteristics, manufacturing industry leads the optimization and upgrading of industries. manufacturing investment increased by 46.7%, among which the investment in computer, communication and other electronic equipment manufacturing industry increased by 100%, and the investment in new energy vehicle manufacturing increased by 1.9 times.
