the college of arts and sciences of hubei normal university has set up off-campus welcome points at bus stations, railway stations, high-speed railway stations and other places, and arranged special personnel and vehicles to pick up and drop off new students, so that every new student who arrives at the station can experience the school's thoughtful service at the first time.
on campus, there are reminder signs and route maps at major intersections for the convenience of new students and their parents. at the same time, the student affairs department (league committee) and the league committees of various departments (colleges) have formed a volunteer service team of more than 1,000 people to provide "one-to-one" all-round services to ensure that the new students have a smooth and unimpeded path to school.
