public information shows that han liu, male, han nationality, was born in november 1976 in dafeng, jiangsu province. he joined the communist party of china in june 1995 and started working in july 1999. he graduated from the litigation law major of the law school of peking university, has a postgraduate degree, a doctorate in law, and is a professor.
after graduating from peking university in 1999, han liu stayed at the university to work, and served as secretary of the youth league committee of peking university law school, secretary of the party committee office and the president's office, deputy director and secretary of the party committee office and the president's office. in november 2006, he served as secretary of the youth league committee of peking university. three years later, he was transferred to the position of deputy secretary-general of peking university. in march 2014, he served as assistant to the president and deputy secretary-general of peking university. during this period, he served in bishan county, chongqing, liangjiang new area, and laibin city, guangxi.
