the blue book shows that in recent years, the number of information and communication patents held by my country has continued to increase, especially in the fields of cellular, video codec, wi-fi and other technical fields, and intensive patent layout has begun to take shape. various models such as bilateral licensing and collective licensing provide diversified options for the use of intellectual property rights. my country actively participates in global intellectual property governance and contributes chinese wisdom and solutions.

at the event, more than ten units including china mobile design institute, avic optronics, sinopec great wall, tianyi cloud, china information technology research institute, alibaba cloud, baidu, kuaishou, bilibili, huawei, zte, inspur, sugon digital technology, and china national institute of metrology jointly initiated the establishment of the information and communication industry intellectual property alliance (ictipa) liquid cooling professional committee (hereinafter referred to as the "liquid cooling committee") and held a launch ceremony.
in the context of computing power demand, liquid cooling technology has become the cornerstone technology for the construction of a modern system for the information and communication industry. the liquid cooling professional committee aims to establish a resource sharing platform, build industry consensus, accelerate collaborative innovation and achievement transformation between industry, academia, research and application, and enable large-scale application and high-quality development of liquid cooling technology.
