the center of this year's 13th typhoon "bebejia" was located at 8 o'clock this morning (15th) on the eastern waters of the east china sea, about 580 kilometers east-southeast of shanghai, that is, 29.6 degrees north latitude and 127.1 degrees east longitude. the maximum wind speed near the center was level 12 (35 meters/second), the lowest central pressure was 970 hpa, the radius of the level 7 wind circle was 180-200 kilometers, the radius of the level 10 wind circle was 80-100 kilometers, and the radius of the level 12 wind circle was 30 kilometers.

it is expected that "bebejia" will move northwestward at a speed of 20-25 kilometers per hour, and its intensity will continue to increase. it will make landfall in the coastal area from ningbo, zhejiang to qidong, jiangsu in the early morning to morning of the 16th (typhoon level or strong typhoon level, 12 to 14 levels, 35 to 42 meters per second), and its intensity will gradually weaken after landing.
