on september 20, the first large-scale shopping mall in beijing's sub-center, tongzhou mixc, will open its doors to customers. reporters learned that the shopping mall will introduce more than 260 stores, of which more than half are regional first stores, high-level stores, and customized stores, which will inject new vitality into regional consumption.
according to the "key points for beijing's cultivation and construction of an international consumption center city in 2024" issued by the municipal bureau of commerce, this year the city's sub-center will accelerate the creation of a number of consumer benchmark projects and promote the opening and operation of key commercial projects.
the upcoming tongzhou mixc is located at the intersection of yunhe east street and tongji road, connected to dongxiayuan station of metro line 6, with a total construction area of about 148,000 square meters. the project is located in a vibrant business district that is being cultivated in the sub-center of the city. it is 2 kilometers away from the grand canal forest park, 5 kilometers away from the three major cultural buildings in the sub-center of the city, and 8 kilometers away from universal studios. it will enrich consumers' choices for dining and entertainment in tongzhou and promote the deep integration of regional culture, tourism and commerce.
to support the construction of an international consumer center city, the first opening of tongzhou mixc introduced more than 260 stores, including 105 regional first stores, 37 high-level stores, and 5 customized stores, bringing new experiences to consumers.
