"china is in a leading position with its heavy investment in artificial intelligence technology and its applications," chen zhihui said. china is vigorously promoting innovation in key areas such as artificial intelligence, 5g and renewable energy, promoting cooperation among technology start-ups, academia and industry, and enabling the digital economy to flourish.
