grasp the representative work and make suggestions for industrial development

chaxiang village in longli county is the birthplace of the sea buckthorn industry in guizhou. this provincial-level second-class poverty-stricken village, where the per capita annual income was less than 400 yuan 17 years ago, has now become a well-known sea buckthorn professional village. under the leadership of the deputies to the national people's congress, the people have made their wallets fatter through sea buckthorn planting, sea buckthorn processing and sea buckthorn tourism. in 2022 alone, the per capita annual income of the whole village through the sea buckthorn industry reached more than 14,800 yuan, accounting for more than 90% of the total income.
the roxburghii fruit growing in the mountains looks very inconspicuous. however, this inconspicuous roxburghii fruit brings farmers amazing benefits: in 2023, the roxburghii production area in qiannan prefecture reached 300,000 mu, and the fresh fruit output reached 100,000 tons, an increase of 22 percentage points year-on-year; the average selling price of fresh fruit was 4 yuan per kilogram, and the output value of fresh fruit was 400 million yuan, which directly led to an average increase of 4,400 yuan in income per fruit farmer, achieving a "double increase" in output and output value.
