as one of the outcomes of the third "belt and road" high-level conference on intellectual property, the memorandum marks the further deepening and expansion of china-cambodia cooperation in the field of copyright and related rights. it is an important achievement in actively responding to the "belt and road" initiative and strengthening bilateral exchanges and cooperation on copyright. it plays an important role in demonstrating and promoting the expansion of china's international influence on copyright, especially in strengthening copyright cooperation with southeast asian countries.

hu heping, deputy director of the publicity department of the cpc central committee in charge of daily work, and peng sakana, minister of the ministry of culture and fine arts of cambodia, signed the memorandum on behalf of both parties. according to the memorandum, the national copyright administration and the ministry of culture and fine arts of cambodia will strengthen cooperation, regularly exchange legal and technical information in the field of copyright and related rights, encourage exchanges between copyright management officials and professional practitioners of the two countries through mutual visits and training, and promote cooperation between copyright collective management organizations. the two sides can jointly formulate and implement annual work plans based on the memorandum, carry out specific activities, and give full play to the role of the memorandum.
