the site of yizhuang comprehensive bonded zone is located in changziying industrial zone, yizhuang new town, beijing economic and technological development zone. it is within the national comprehensive demonstration zone for expanding the opening of the service industry and the national high-tech development zone. the planned area is 0.61 square kilometers, with a total of one block.

yizhuang comprehensive bonded zone extends to the planned qiwang road in the east, changheng road in the south, zhuda road in the west, and changxin north road in the north. the existing plan includes customs business and supervision functional areas, park office supporting functional areas, and industrial space functional areas such as bonded processing, bonded r&d, and bonded testing.
