the policy of "trading old for new" for existing houses has been an important way for nanjing to promote the sale of new houses in recent times. according to chen haoyu, marketing director of yiju company of anju group, when anju group took the lead in piloting the "trading old for new" activity, it launched six major services: convenient collection of old houses, free evaluation, full-process safety supervision, agency sales and purchase of new houses, caring rental assistance, and diversified house selection, which are very popular among home buyers. so far, nearly 4,000 groups of customers have visited the case sites of various "trading old for new" projects, and more than 1,000 existing houses have applied for evaluation. the fastest time for the whole process is only about 20 days.
in order to continuously meet the needs of citizens, all 17 projects under anju group have been included in the "old for new" new housing stock. among them, there are improvement projects located in different blocks such as hexi middle, hexi south, and yuhua, as well as yujingshangfu and jinlinrongyufu projects built for people in the north of the city, and lishui nursing home that meets the living needs of the elderly, effectively meeting the diverse needs of citizens.
