mao ning: cybersecurity is a common challenge faced by all countries. it is the common responsibility of the international community to defend the international order in cyberspace and maintain cyber peace and security. china is actively committed to deepening cybersecurity cooperation with countries around the world, including africa. according to the action plan adopted at the beijing summit, china and africa will strengthen exchanges in cross-border data flow, compliance application of new technologies, internet laws and regulations, and jointly promote the formulation of global digital governance rules. the two sides will also encourage the establishment of contacts between national computer emergency response organizations in china and africa to carry out cross-border cybersecurity incident handling, information sharing and experience exchange.
