iranian vice president behrouz azar said in his speech that new technologies derived from the digital age have created opportunities for women to make their voices heard in the world. therefore, all parties should take the development of digital empowerment of women seriously and address challenges such as the digital divide.
behrouz-azar proposed to establish a digital platform for women's services within the sco framework to exchange experiences and promote successful models, enable more people to enjoy advanced education, help establish a regional cooperation framework and formulate relevant supportive policies.
sco secretary-general zhang ming believes that in the context of today's sluggish global economic recovery and deep economic structural adjustments, encouraging and supporting women to participate in the digital transformation of the economy is of great practical significance for enhancing the economic development vitality of various countries and promoting sustainable development and progress of the international and regional economy.
zhang ming said that the development of the digital economy is one of the priority cooperation directions promoted by the sco in recent years. women in sco member states started participating in the digital economy early, in a wide range of fields and at a deep level. the sco has inherent advantages and rich experience in promoting digital empowerment and women's participation in economic development.

documents such as the "memorandum of understanding on cooperation between the all-china women's federation and the women's and family affairs committee of tajikistan" and the "memorandum of understanding on cooperation between the all-china women's federation and the belarusian women's union" roadmap (2024-2027) were signed during the forum.
