today is the 40th teachers' day in my country.

we turn our attention to the female teacher

they are science and technology gardeners and teachers supporting tibet

they not only impart knowledge,

cultivated with love and perseverance

every young heart.

they used their youth and passion,

writing a glorious chapter in the education industry.

i founded the first student choir in shannan

in august 2022, as a member of the 10th hunan provincial aid-tibet team, i realized my dream and came to shannan city no. 3 primary school to teach, officially starting my aid-tibet career.

the power of music transcends regions and languages. but before i came, the children had few music activities and opportunities to show themselves. so i wanted to bring them together.form a "gesanghua" choir.

i taught them harmony, red songs, and musical instruments, and they taught me tibetan songs, tibetan dances, and tibetan. soon after the choir was formed, we participated in a competition in lhasa. we were the only student choir in shannan, and the children won the grand prize.

this good news completely ignited the enthusiasm of the rest of the children and parents in the school. more than 30 children took the initiative to sign up for the choir's summer training this year, and some parents even sent their children from their hometowns.

we were invited to perform at the opening ceremony of the 2024 yalong cultural tourism festival. i also plan to take the children to participate in the autonomous region's red song competition in october this year. i hope that music can continue to take root in the lives of children.
