according to reports,more than 60 drones were also shot down in russia's southwestern bryansk oblast, which borders ukraine and russia's southern lipetsk oblast. no property damage or casualties were reported in the bryansk region.
moscow mayor sobyanin said on the social platform telegram that at least 15 drones were shot down around moscow and emergency rescue personnel had been dispatched to several locations in the region, near zhukovsky international airport and the domodedovo region.
the report also stated that moscow oblast governor andrei vorobyov said on telegram that the nighttime drone attack damaged at least two high-rise residential buildings in ramenskoye, moscow region, and several apartments caught fire.
a 46-year-old woman died and three people were injured in ramenskoye, vorobyov said, adding that 43 people were evacuated to temporary shelters.
