the “four firsts” plan includes the establishment ofthe first grass-roots elderly talent workstation in chinathat is, by strengthening central-local cooperation in the field of aging, signing a cooperation agreement on the co-construction of elderly talent workstations, jointly building a service platform for the elderly, and consolidating various measures to help the elderly, we can provide guarantees for the elderly in the region to enjoy their old age.

at the same time, dashilan street will set upthe first national database of elderly talents, establish a volunteer mechanism for younger people to serve older people. so far, 9 communities have built and cultivated teams to help the elderly, laying a solid foundation for the creation of a talent pool for the elderly.

the plan also proposes to open upthe first batch of channels for elderly talents to realize their value in chinaon the day of the event, dashilan subdistrict issued the first batch of certificates for entry into the grassroots elderly talent database to outstanding workers of the "yinhe zero distance elderly care service alliance".
