data shows that in july this year, our city had trade relations with 39 countries and regions in africa. among them, guinea is the largest trading partner, with import and export value reaching 223 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 123.8 times, accounting for 44.1% of the total import and export value of zibo to africa, and contributing 79.3% to the growth of bilateral trade import and export between our city and africa. during the same period, our city's import and export with african countries south africa and egypt were 65.618 million yuan and 53.905 million yuan respectively, a year-on-year increase of 48.9% and 154.6% respectively, ranking africa's second and third largest trading partners in our city.

from the perspective of foreign trade entities, private enterprises continue to play a leading role, and the proportion of imports and exports continues to increase. in july, private enterprises achieved imports and exports of 464 million yuan to africa, an increase of 129%, and the proportion increased by 2.5 percentage points from the same period last year to 91.8%. foreign-funded enterprises and state-owned enterprises imported and exported 23.267 million yuan and 18.014 million yuan respectively, an increase of 47.1% and 114% year-on-year.

in terms of commodity types, our city exported 49.769 million yuan of mechanical and electrical products to africa in july, a year-on-year increase of 78.5%, accounting for 20.6% of the total value of exports to africa during the same period. among them, 11.614 million yuan of automobiles were exported, a year-on-year increase of 13.2 times. in addition, 25.861 million yuan and 10.282 million yuan of basic organic chemicals and ceramic products were exported, a year-on-year increase of 24.5% and 33.4% respectively. in terms of imports, our city mainly imports metal ores, mineral sands, agricultural products, etc. from africa. according to statistics, 246 million yuan of metal ores and mineral sands were imported in july, a year-on-year increase of 28.1 times, accounting for 93.1% of the total import value. during the same period, 9.648 million yuan of agricultural products were imported.
