in addition, on september 7, the ministry of finance and the ministry of emergency management urgently allocated 270 million yuan of central natural disaster relief funds, focusing on supporting hainan, guangdong, guangxi, yunnan and other provinces (regions) in flood control and typhoon prevention, flood fighting, emergency rescue and disaster relief. the funds will be used for search and rescue, transfer and resettlement of disaster victims, risk elimination and other emergency response, secondary disaster risk inspection and emergency rectification, and repair of collapsed houses, etc., to make every effort to reduce casualties, minimize the impact of disasters, and protect the lives and property of the people.
