as the country's leading supplier of third-generation semiconductor power devices, pinejie semiconductor will also build a new factory in qianwan new district and relocate its headquarters to ningbo, with plans to build an automotive-grade power semiconductor wafer production line within two years.

the graphene and carbon nanotube composite conductive slurry project located in qianwan new area plans to produce 30,000 tons of graphene nanotube composite conductive slurry, 1,000 tons of carbon nanotubes and 10,000 tons of silicon-carbon negative electrode material production lines annually. the products are mainly used in the field of high-end batteries and are expected to help ningbo's graphene industry reach a new level.
