at about 6 a.m., the vietnamese navy's "quang trung" missile frigate met our fleet 30 nautical miles east of cam ranh and guided it into the port. at about 10 a.m., the fleet slowly arrived at cam ranh bay international port. the vietnamese side held a grand welcome ceremony at the dock, and the welcoming crowd waved the national flags of china and vietnam to welcome the fleet. the officers and soldiers of the fleet, dressed in white military uniforms, lined up in sections on the deck, and waved to the welcoming crowd at the dock.

after docking, vietnamese staff presented flowers to the fleet commander, and the deputy chief of staff of the vietnamese navy region 4, colonel nguyen van ngan, presided over the welcoming ceremony. afterwards, the personnel attending the welcoming ceremony boarded the wuzhishan ship for a visit.

it is reported that during the stopover, the fleet commander will pay a courtesy visit to the leaders of the khanh hoa provincial people's committee and the leaders of the 4th district of the vietnamese navy. the fleet officers and soldiers will conduct professional exchanges, joint exercises and training, cultural and sports activities with the vietnamese navy officers and soldiers, and visit the vietnamese navy's "quang trung" missile frigate. the qilianshan and hefei ships will also organize ship openings.
