on september 6, the municipal economic and information commission held a work deployment meeting for this year's smart manufacturing diagnosis and evaluation "look back" special action. it will organize more than 100 diagnosis and evaluation experts to visit 29 districts and counties in the city in the next three months to "conduct physical examinations" for 100 digital workshops and smart factories.

last year, the municipal economic and information commission launched the city’s first batch of intelligent manufacturing diagnosis and assessment. the diagnostic expert group went to the production line of enterprises, analyzed and proposed more than 40 solutions and 540 transformation measures, and provided advice and suggestions for 70 enterprises to implement digital transformation.
"the special action of diagnosis and evaluation not only provides 'real' assistance for the transformation and upgrading of enterprises, but also provides an important reference for the formulation of the city's manufacturing digital transformation policy." at the meeting, wu tao, deputy director of the municipal economic and information commission, said that in the process of diagnosis and evaluation, all parties involved must strengthen overall coordination, ensure the quality of diagnosis, and focus on tracking results. through this special action, it not only helps enterprises to sort out pain points and difficulties, but also proposes an operational optimization implementation path, so as to improve the level of enterprise intelligent manufacturing development.
at the meeting, industry experts from chongqing university, china academy of information and communications technology western branch, chongqing telecom and other institutions interpreted aspects such as intelligent manufacturing diagnosis and evaluation standards and models, project special management methods, and the operation of diagnostic tools to ensure the orderly start and efficient implementation of diagnosis.
the municipal economic and information commission stated that the content of this diagnosis and evaluation will focus on the implementation effect of the enterprise's intelligent transformation plan, the interconnection of information systems and data, the application of new generation information technology, the construction of smart factories and the needs for upgrading and transformation. by analyzing the outstanding problems existing in the implementation of intelligent manufacturing by enterprises, a "one enterprise, one policy" optimization and improvement plan will be proposed.
