on september 2, the party committee secretaries of the two universities were adjusted on the same day. fu qiang was appointed as the party committee secretary of northeast agricultural university, and liu yaobin was appointed as the party committee secretary of jiangxi university of finance and economics.

among them, fu qiang has studied and worked at northeast agricultural university for more than 30 years. he has served as president and deputy secretary of the party committee of northeast agricultural university since january 2022. liu yaobin is a cross-school employee. before his new appointment, he served as deputy secretary of the party committee of nanchang university.
