on september 5, a relevant person in charge of fenghuang town government told jimu news that the tanker convoy was passing through fenghuang town when a chemical reaction occurred in the tanks. a few hours later, the chemical reaction in the tanks was violent and an accident occurred, but no one was killed.

the person in charge pointed out that according to preliminary information, the medium in the tank contains carbon black oil, and the ashes and residues left after the material was burned have been packaged and sealed to prevent secondary pollution. at present, the tank truck is still parked at the scene, and the parking lot has been suspended. the chemical reaction of the material in the tank produced irritating gases that irritated the respiratory tract of some villagers, and they went to the hospital for examination.
