according to zhou wenhu's recollection, at the end of august, li weigang bought a fish pond in jinfeng village and contacted the village committee, saying that after the pond was cleaned, he hoped that the village committee would help publicize and mobilize villagers to catch fish. "he meant that after the fish pond was dried, you can just go and catch fish. the more people, the better, so that we can increase the video traffic."
