recently, the beijing development and reform commission announced a new batch of "beijing municipal government fixed asset investment support for new energy heating and photovoltaic power generation project list". daxing district has 8 projects included in the list due to its active layout and outstanding performance in the field of new energy.
these eight projects include three photovoltaic projects such as the "beijing daxing tongrentang distributed photovoltaic phase ii power generation project", and five new energy heating projects such as the "capital medical university new campus (main campus) comprehensive energy project", with a total investment of 367.9121 million yuan, and it is planned to apply for 106.8505 million yuan in municipal fixed asset investment support.
the selected projects not only reflect daxing district's firm determination to respond to the country's "dual carbon" strategy and promote energy transformation, but also demonstrate its innovative vitality and green responsibility as a new development highland in the southern part of the capital. the total installed capacity of the three photovoltaic projects reached 7.32 megawatts, and the annual power generation is expected to reach 26.352 million kwh, which is equivalent to reducing carbon emissions by about 967.008 tons per year. the five new energy heating projects will cover a total heating area of 941,085 square meters, which can replace about 7.1 million cubic meters of gas per year and directly reduce carbon emissions by about 14,000 tons. the implementation of these projects will not only effectively alleviate the pressure of regional heating and reduce dependence on traditional fossil energy, but also promote the green and low-carbon transformation of daxing district and even beijing while improving the quality of life of residents, laying a solid foundation for building an ecological civilization city.
