"parking spaces in the community are already tight. after construction, digging the ground, bringing in machinery, and stacking building materials all require land, especially the first phase of the project, which involves the community's current main parking area." before the construction began, "where to park the residents' cars" during the renovation period became the focus of the community.

"fangyuanli community is adjacent to main roads such as jiangtai road and jiuxianqiao road, and there are insufficient roadside parking areas." community secretary yu wei said, so the community actively contacted the street urban management office and invited residents' representatives and co-construction units in the jurisdiction to hold a discussion and consultation meeting to discuss temporary parking plans.

zhaowei industrial park provides shared parking spaces

after investigation and coordination among multiple parties, the community and the co-construction units in the jurisdiction reached a consensus that during the renovation of fangyuanli community, a total of 62 parking spaces will be provided by zhaowei industrial park, hanhai international, ubp hengtong international business park and zero second space around the community, using the method of "shared parking spaces and staggered parking". for residents with parking needs, the community will collect information and register with the park property, and residents can then park for free in the designated parking lot.

the four shared parking areas are all within a 500-meter radius from the east gate of fangyuanli community. after parking, residents can walk home in less than 10 minutes. "before the construction of the community, i was worried about where to park my car and whether the construction would scratch my car. i didn't expect the community to coordinate temporary parking spaces for us in advance. it's close to home and convenient. it's really thoughtful!" said ms. li, who lives in fangyuanli community.
