zhang shaogang said that the china-africa entrepreneurs conference is the highest-level economic and trade event for the chinese and african business communities under the framework of the forum on china-africa cooperation. since its inception in 2003, it has been held alternately in china and african countries every three years, and has been successfully held seven times so far. all parties in china and africa actively signed up for this entrepreneurs conference, and the number of applicants far exceeded expectations. at present, there are 382 chinese enterprise representatives and 408 african enterprise representatives.
