in conjunction with the series of policy documents on old-for-new exchange issued by the state, qingdao city seized the opportunity and innovated investment and financing methods to promote the renewal of new energy buses and power batteries in qingdao. recently, qingdao city is preparing to launch a number of new energy bus and power battery renewal projects. according to the relevant provisions of the state's "action plan for promoting large-scale equipment renewal and consumer goods trade-in", these projects have been included in the list of special re-loan projects for equipment renewal in the transportation sector, and can enjoy the relevant preferential policies of national loan interest rates and fiscal interest subsidies. if the procurement, registration, acceptance and other work can be completed before the end of 2024, they can enjoy an average subsidy of 80,000 yuan per vehicle and a direct subsidy of 42,000 yuan per power battery. at present, these projects are speeding up procurement and other related work. after the completion of the project, they will further promote the green, low-carbon and high-quality development of qingdao's public transportation sector.
