in order to ensure traffic safety in front of all schools and on surrounding roads during the morning rush hour, at 6:50 a.m. on september 2, the smart traffic command center of the zhongshan public security traffic police detachment established a joint command center to carry out video inspections, command and dispatch, and other tasks. the command rooms of the traffic police brigades in each town and street simultaneously started joint operations at 7 a.m., carried out real-time dispatch of the traffic police brigades in each town and street, and actively responded to various emergencies.

according to statistics, as of 10 a.m. that day, the city had received five reports of police incidents involving schools and surrounding roads, including four short-term traffic jams, one traffic accident handled by simplified procedures, and no student-related police incidents. the city's road traffic was generally stable and orderly, with no large-scale, long-term traffic jams.
