the quanzhou internet security department discovered that a criminal gang operating in quanzhou used computers to register and log in to plug-in software such as "shan mouxia" and "mou hu" to illegally obtain data on ride-sharing orders on a certain platform. according to the needs of the ride-sharing drivers on the platform, they set conditions on the order-grabbing hacker software and used different plug-in software to automatically grab ride-sharing orders for drivers 24 hours a day. at the same time, they grabbed orders for different ride-sharing drivers across the country, and their success rate in grabbing orders far exceeded the probability of grabbing orders for normal ride-sharing drivers.

the quanzhou internet security department set up a special task force to conduct further in-depth investigations and fully understand the criminal model, upstream and downstream components, operation model and footholds of the crime. on the morning of august 8, the task force launched a unified roundup operation and successfully arrested two criminal suspects, chen mouyang and chen mou, in quangang district.

after investigation, it was found that the suspects chen mouyang and chen mou confessed that they purchased the ride-sharing order-grabbing software from the upstream seller cheng mou, and at the same time grabbed ride-sharing orders for drivers of a certain platform in quanzhou, beijing, hangzhou and other places, charging a daily fee ranging from 15 to 30 yuan.

following the clues provided by chen mouyang and the other two, the task force rushed to zhejiang overnight on august 16 and arrested cheng mou, who provided the software upstream. after investigation, cheng mou confessed to the crime of using the hacking software to snatch orders from the ride-sharing platform for drivers and selling the hacking software to others.

currently, compulsory measures have been taken against three suspects including chen mouyang, and the case is under further investigation.
