in order to further unleash potential consumption and drive effective and profitable investment, hunan will expand the product range, increase subsidy standards, simplify application procedures, and strengthen quality services.
it is reported that our province provides subsidies of 15%-20% of the sales price for the replacement of old home appliances with new ones, with a maximum of 2,000 yuan per item; subsidies are provided for the renovation of home kitchens and bathrooms at 15% of the first payment amount, with a maximum of 30,000 yuan; and a one-time subsidy of up to 500 yuan is enjoyed for the replacement of old electric vehicles with new ones.
the scrapping and renewal fee for fuel vehicles has been increased from 7,000 yuan to 15,000 yuan, and the scrapping and renewal fee for new energy vehicles has been increased from 10,000 yuan to 20,000 yuan. the maximum standard for car replacement and renewal has been increased from 6,000 yuan to 14,000 yuan. at the same time, the policy is retroactive to april 24 this year, and consumers who have already received relevant subsidies will be repaid the difference according to the new standard.
