on the morning of the 31st, ko wen-je was arrested by the prosecutor for refusing to leave the night interrogation. he then applied to the court for a retrial but was rejected and was taken back to the taipei district prosecutor's office for interrogation. the prosecutor believed that ko wen-je was suspected of a serious crime and there was a risk of destroying evidence and colluding with others, so he applied to the court to detain ko wen-je and not allow him to see her.
