wu zeng introduced that on september 1, 2017, the standing committee of the national people's congress formulated and passed the "national anthem law of the people's republic of china". the national anthem law comprehensively stipulates the status of the national anthem and the occasions, forms, etiquette and other contents of the national anthem, and is accompanied by the lyrics and scores of the national anthem. the national anthem law is of great significance in ensuring the implementation of the constitution, vigorously promoting the spirit of patriotism, safeguarding national dignity, enhancing the national image, and promoting the construction of the etiquette system and ritual music system of the party and the state. "after the press conference today, according to the relevant provisions of the national anthem law, three versions of the performance score and four versions of the audio will be released on the website of the national people's congress and the chinese government website."
