at the meeting, li yan, member of the party committee and deputy director of the shunyi district emergency management bureau, introduced the main practices of shunyi district's three-year action plan to address the root causes of production safety. she said that since the launch of the three-year action plan to address the root causes of production safety in february this year, shunyi district has achieved a comprehensive upgrade of production safety through the "nine actions" and strengthening high-level promotion, responsibility implementation and special rectification. data shows that the rectification rate of major hidden dangers in shunyi district has reached 100%.
in the specific implementation, li yan introduced that shunyi district has clarified "nine actions and 27 tasks", formed an action framework of "1+33+28", and issued the "regulations on the division of responsibilities for work safety in shunyi district", forming a "1+6" responsibility system. at the same time, special rectification is strengthened, focusing on the "no bottom line" areas, and comprehensively promoting the investigation and rectification of hidden dangers through the "six-step method". in key areas, strict law enforcement inspections, strict supervision and assessment, and strict accident investigations are carried out.
