since the beginning of this year, my country's industrial internet innovation and development has accelerated, from construction to use, from quantity to quality, and continuously empowered, added value and intelligence for the digital transformation of traditional industries. the infrastructure has been continuously consolidated to create a new digital foundation for industrialization. the industrial internet has initially built five major systems: network, identification, platform, data, and security. there are more than 340 industrial internet platforms with certain influence, and the number of industrial equipment connections exceeds 96 million units (sets), covering all 41 major industrial categories. the national industrial internet big data center system has been basically completed, and a coordinated and efficient security system combining technology and management has been built simultaneously. the level of systematic development is at the forefront of the world.
the integrated application of "5g+industrial internet" has gone deeper and more practical, and the chinese brand of 5g factory has been continuously polished. the 2024 work plan of the industrial internet special working group proposes to create an upgraded version of "5g+industrial internet". at present, the development of "5g+industrial internet" in my country has entered a new stage of high-quality development and large-scale application from the initial exploration. as of the end of june this year, there were more than 14,000 "5g+industrial internet" projects nationwide, forming 20 typical scenarios in the top ten industries and accelerating integration into vertical industries. jiangsu, beijing, hubei and other places have promoted "5g+industrial internet" in stages, forming typical promotion models such as chain development, scientific and technological innovation collaboration, and gathering breakthroughs. as an important carrier for the upgrading of "5g+industrial internet", 5g factory has effectively promoted the in-depth expansion of 5g to all fields and links of industrial production, truly exerting the effect of "5g+industrial internet 1+1＞2", and the integrated application effect is remarkable. the ministry of industry and information technology has launched a nationwide 5g factory "hundreds, thousands, and millions" campaign, and the construction of 5g factories is in full swing. in 2023, the ministry of industry and information technology selected 300 5g factories and included them in the "2023 5g factory list", and launched the pilot construction of the "5g+industrial internet" integrated application pilot zone. today, the chinese brand of "5g factory" has become a new business card for the development of the digital economy.
the large-scale application of the identification resolution system releases the endogenous potential of data. after five years of construction, my country's industrial internet identification resolution system has grown from nothing to something, from small to large, and the "foundation-laying and beam-laying" work has been basically completed. in the production, operation, and service links, typical application scenarios such as production process quality control, supply chain data sharing, and energy consumption data monitoring have been formed, and the architecture, facilities, and technology have been initially controlled. at present, my country's industrial internet identification resolution national top-level node is operating stably. as of now, 31 provinces (autonomous regions, municipalities) across the country have a total of 358 secondary nodes connected to the national top-level node, covering 47 industries, with a total of more than 500 billion identification registrations, serving more than 430,000 enterprises, and the national top-level node has a daily resolution of more than 150 million times. in january this year, the ministry of industry and information technology and 12 other departments jointly issued the "industrial internet identifier resolution system "connectivity" action plan (2024-2026)", proposing that by 2026, the industrial internet identifier resolution system will serve more than 500,000 companies, with its application expanded to 60 industries, the cumulative registration volume exceeding 600 billion, and the average daily resolution volume exceeding 300 million times, promoting the large-scale application of the identifier resolution system and empowering thousands of industries.
