jiupai news previously reported that at the beginning of this year, wang tuanjie sought help online under his real name, saying that his son was charged with illegally entering a residence after he went to rent a house and look at it.

he stated that the procuratorate sued wang for going to a building in shanxi village, futang town, yiwu city (hereinafter referred to as the rental house) at around 16:48 on december 20, 2023. he first went to the third floor to check, and then lingered in front of the door of the female tenant lu's room on the second floor. when lu, who was alone in the rental house, opened the door to go to the toilet, he controlled the victim lu by pushing her feet against the door and pinching her neck without her consent, forced his way into the house, closed the door, pushed lu onto the bed, and used violent threatening words. after the victim lu said that her husband would be back from get off work soon, he threatened the victim not to call the police and left.

in addition, wang went to another rental building on december 8 and december 18, 2023, knocked on the door and asked the tenant zhu if he had the landlord's contact information, and forcibly entered the house on the pretext of checking the room layout. at about 8 o'clock on the evening of the incident, he came to zhu's door again, and was discovered by zhu's father. he lied again that he wanted the landlord's phone number for the rent, and left after zhu's father told him again that he did not have the landlord's number.

wang tuanjie said that he learned about what happened that day from his lawyer because he could not visit his son. wang said that at the end of last year, because his girlfriend was coming, he went to look for a house. that afternoon, he went to look at the house, first looked at the balcony on the third floor, then went back to the second floor and found an empty room, so he went in to take a look.

after the inspection, wang found a closed room next to it, so he knocked on the door and asked if the empty room next door was for rent. lu inside the room said yes. wang asked about the rent again, but lu said she didn't know because her husband rented the room. wang asked if the two rooms were the same, and lu said her room had an extra balcony. wang asked if he could go in and see the balcony, and lu agreed and opened the door.

wang tuanjie said that his son said he went in to look at the room layout and balcony and thought the balcony was not very big. during the viewing process, he always kept a distance of more than one meter from lu and did not have any physical contact. "when he left, my son even said hello to lu and said sorry for disturbing him and thank you."
