recently, the 28th grape academic seminar of the grape branch of the chinese society of agronomy was held in xing'an county, guilin city, guangxi zhuang autonomous region. the "jasmine" grapes selected by the beijing wufuxingnong planting farmers professional cooperative union from zhangshanying town, yanqing district, stood out with their excellent quality and won the gold medal, becoming the only grape variety in beijing to win the gold medal at this conference.
the seminar brought together more than 500 experts, scholars, entrepreneurs and planting operators from all over the country to discuss the development of the grape industry and planting technology, and carried out a national evaluation of high-quality fresh grapes. a total of 33 varieties and 166 grape samples from all over the country were received for the evaluation. among them, the fresh grapes of four companies, beijing wufuxingnong planting farmers professional cooperative union, beijing lvyedi grape planting professional cooperative, beijing haolian xiadu agricultural science and technology development co., ltd., and beijing badaling scenic area operation management co., ltd. world grape garden scenic area branch, represented yanqing district in the evaluation and received comprehensive evaluations in multiple dimensions such as appearance, taste, nutritional value, and health and safety.
after multiple rounds of selection, the "jasmine fragrance" grapes selected by wufuxingnong stood out and won the gold medal; the "mi guang" grapes, the "xiang yue" grapes from beijing lvyedi grape planting professional cooperative, the "honey juice" grapes from beijing haolian xiadu agricultural science and technology development co., ltd. and the "white chicken heart" grapes from the world grape garden scenic area branch of beijing badaling scenic area operation management co., ltd. also won quality awards.
yanhuai basin is located at 40 degrees north latitude and 114 degrees east longitude. it is similar to the world-famous grape-growing areas such as bordeaux, france and california, usa, and is known as one of the three golden areas for grape cultivation in the world. zhangshanying town, where wufuxingnong is located, belongs to the northern part of yanhuai basin and has a history of grape cultivation of more than 800 years. the natural conditions here, such as climate, light, and soil, are very suitable for grape cultivation.
