small house space

liliya koshcheeva's new work is a 42-square-meter small apartment. the owner is the designer's best friend, a young and lovely girl. she created an interior space with a relaxed atmosphere, integrating everything needed into a small area, and every item in it has a story.

spatial layout

the layout of the apartment was designed as follows: half for a large bathroom and bedroom, and the second for everything else. it was very important to divide the space accurately and use every part of it efficiently so that nothing has to be sacrificed and limit the possibilities of living.

the color scheme cleverly combines sophisticated colors: red and green, blue and terracotta. soft, pleasant and not boring, together they create a special cozy atmosphere conducive to relaxation and creativity. paintings and vintage prints add a special charm to the apartment.

the designers used the same flooring throughout the apartment, except for the "wet areas". the bathroom required a special solution from the designers: it was important to use two entrances (bedroom and hallway) and place all the necessary items. so there is a large shower, bathtub and laundry area.
