travel insurance comparison website insuremytrip.ca analysed air travel complaint data collected by the canadian transportation agency (cta) to find out which canadian airlines have the most complaints from passengers.

the report states:"travelers can use this information to predict how flights with different airlines will be affected."

the airlines were ranked based on the average number of complaints per 100 flights collected by the cta between january 2023 and march 2024.

former budget airline lynx air topped the list, with an average of 16.1 complaints per 100 flights.
