the 2024 international aerospace information industry ecological conference will be held from september 2 to 4. as one of the series of activities of the conference, the corporate ecological event with the theme of "autonomous and controllable space-time information security application" will be held on september 3.
it is reported that the event is hosted by changsha beidou industry security technology research institute (hereinafter referred to as "beidou research institute"). the event includes project signing, results promotion, theme reports, results visits and other links. it will focus on my country's space-time information security industry, exchange and mutual learning, and common development.

beidou research institute was established in 2016. it is a collaborative innovation platform for the beidou space-time information security industry, approved by the changsha municipal people's government, under the support and guidance of academician tan shusen, deputy chief designer of my country's beidou system. at present, changsha beidou institute has established a chongqing branch in liangjiang new district and a wholly-owned subsidiary, chongqing zhihui tianheng technology co., ltd.
focusing on "hard technology" and building "hard power", the beidou research institute is committed to becoming a global leading provider of core technologies, products and solutions for space-time information security, building an important national scientific and technological force and a world-class innovation highland in the field of space-time security. it has built more than 10 national, provincial and ministerial scientific and technological innovation platforms, and brought together a group of high-level scientific and technological talents from the national university of defense technology.
at present, closely focusing on the two major fields of satellite navigation and space measurement and control, we have formed three major business directions: navigation simulation and test evaluation, space-time security and enhancement, and space measurement and control and ground testing, and have achieved fruitful scientific research results.
taking the "on-chip simulation" series of core technologies of the satellite navigation system as an example, the simulator products developed by the beidou research institute provide a "measuring ruler" for the inspection and testing of china's beidou products. as a basic instrument necessary for the demonstration of china's beidou products and the construction of the beidou system, it has been applied to all links of the entire beidou industry chain.
relevant person in charge of the beidou research institute introduced that they will continue to focus on strategic emerging industries and future industries, and carry out related businesses such as communication and navigation integration applications, space-time security and enhancement applications, and national major engineering infrastructure construction and operation support in the fields of low-altitude economy and commercial aerospace.
