air force spokesman xie peng said recently that this was the first time that the air force's august 1st flying team went to an african country for a flight show, and it was also the longest flight the team had ever taken abroad. the mission crew flew over gobi, snow-capped mountains, oceans, and deserts along the way, which not only tested their mission capabilities, but also demonstrated the chinese air force's long-range mobile delivery capabilities and actual combat training level.
