on august 29, beijing time, according to the athletic, warriors guard brandin pozimski said in an interview that he would not feel increased pressure this season and was confident that he could prove that the team's trust in him was reasonable.

"i don't think about it during the game," pozimski said. "i just know what i've done throughout the offseason, and i know i'm going to be a better player. obviously, i have expectations for how i'm going to perform, and that's my job. but i don't think there's any nerves beyond expectations. i just have to be myself."

in addition, bozimski also revealed the tactical changes on the offensive end for the new season.

"the team wants me to take eight to 10 threes a game, that's what they tell me," pozimski added. "all different types of threes: off-ball handoffs, off-ball screens, catch-and-shoots."

it is worth mentioning that last season only eight players in the league averaged more than eight three-point shots per game, and three players averaged more than nine (including klay and curry).

"the reason they say that is because i would watch film after every game last season, and it would always come up, missed 3-pointers that i didn't take," pozimski explained. "i missed anywhere from two to four per game. if you look at it, i could have taken five to seven 3s per game. now with klay gone and chris (paul) gone, somebody needs to take care of the ball more. i think i'm more than capable of doing that. given that, i think it's going to lead to more 3-pointers for me."
