in order to accelerate the high-end, clustered, integrated and low-carbon development of the sub-center's advanced manufacturing industry, the notice stipulates that in terms of annual contribution rewards, for the leading enterprises in the industrial chain that have been newly added in the past three years, with an annual output value of less than 1 billion yuan, 1 billion yuan (inclusive) to 2 billion yuan, and 2 billion yuan (inclusive) or more in the district, they will be supported at a maximum of 1%, 1.2%, and 1.4% of their annual output value contribution, respectively, with a maximum support of 30 million yuan; for the high-growth small and medium-sized enterprises and mid-level enterprises that have been newly added in the past three years, with an annual output value of less than 100 million yuan (inclusive), 100 million yuan (inclusive) to 500 million yuan, and 500 million yuan (inclusive) or more in the district, they will be supported at a maximum of 1%, 1.2%, and 1.4% of their annual output value contribution, respectively, with a maximum support of 10 million yuan.
in terms of enterprise settlement incentives, for leading enterprises in the industrial chain whose output value in the previous year was more than 1 billion yuan, a one-time support of up to 10 million yuan will be provided; for enterprises with an output value of more than 500 million yuan, a one-time support of up to 5 million yuan will be provided; and for enterprises with an output value of more than 100 million yuan, a one-time support of up to 1 million yuan will be provided.
in terms of subsidies for major projects, the district supports the construction of new factories, with a maximum annual support of 5 million yuan for high-growth smes and mid-tier enterprises, and a maximum annual support of 10 million yuan for leading enterprises in the industrial chain. the district's bureau of economics and information technology also supports the purchase of factories, with a maximum annual support of 5 million yuan for high-growth smes and mid-tier enterprises, and a maximum annual support of 10 million yuan for leading enterprises in the industrial chain.
in terms of subsidies to encourage enterprises to increase production and expand output, existing high-growth small and medium-sized enterprises and mid-sized enterprises will be given support of 30% of the total investment approved for support, with a maximum of 5 million yuan; existing leading enterprises in the industrial chain will be given support of 50% of the total investment approved for support, with a maximum of 10 million yuan.
for units that meet the application requirements, they can log in to the "policy implementation" channel of the beijing municipal people's government portal or the beijing tongzhou district enterprise policy implementation service platform before 17:00 on september 12 to apply.
