all localities should coordinate the relationship between "exchange of old appliances" and "exchange of new appliances", support online and offline channels equally, and allow enterprises of different ownership and registered places to participate in the old-for-new exchange of home appliances.

the subsidy funds for replacing old home appliances with new ones are shared by the central and local governments according to the overall principle of 9:1, with the central government sharing 85%, 90% and 95% in the eastern, central and western regions respectively.
