i really like the movie "rebirth". it has a good rhythm and many twists and turns. i couldn't guess them when i read the script. the first time i watched it was in the theater with the audience. we may have seen the story more from the perspective of the actors before, but when you really watch the movie with the audience, you will find many surprises that you didn't expect before. i remember when i first read the script, i thought nancy was a bad person because nancy was indifferent to everything and a little unpredictable. she and an pei have a certain age difference. why did she marry him? was it for money or fame? but i realized at the end that this was some kind of sacrifice, which was very touching. i didn't know ma yuke before, and i had never worked with this team. i just had a video chat with him for about 20 to 30 minutes. i thought it was impossible, but the director confirmed that it was me. i was very surprised.
