That night, the reporter visited the scene again and saw that most of the hundreds of illegally parked cars had left, leaving only a dozen cars, and the entire road looked much more spacious. Most of the cars that had not left were parked on the east side of the road (near the community wall), and only three were parked on the west side of the road (on the side of Haikou Hongcheng Lake School).
During the follow-up visit, a traffic police officer was patrolling the road. "We will first register the license plate number of the illegally parked vehicle, find the owner's phone number through the system, and send a text message to the owner to notify him to move the vehicle in time." The traffic police officer said that if the owner still does not move the vehicle after receiving the text message notification, the traffic police department will issue a ticket and fine the vehicle.
At noon on August 26, the reporter visited the road again and saw that there were still more than a dozen cars parked illegally, and many of them had tickets on their windows. A shop clerk at a roadside store told the reporter that several cars had already left in the morning, but several more drove in near noon, so these cars had not been ticketed yet. "Whenever we see a car parked here, we will remind the driver to drive away in time to avoid being ticketed, but we didn't see these cars when they parked, and the drivers parked and left."
New students of Hongchenghu School have registered and will start school as usual
Yesterday afternoon, the reporter learned from the Qiongshan District Education Bureau that the Haikou Hongcheng Lake School project is in the final stages of cleaning facilities and greening the campus, and the primary school will be officially put into use in September. After the start of the school year, first-grade and seventh-grade students will attend classes at the same time. The first-grade students will be temporarily arranged to attend classes in the primary school, and will be transferred to the junior high school after the junior high school is completed and put into use.
It is understood that Haikou Hongcheng Lake School has a total construction area of 46,947.78 square meters and is a nine-year school. This fall semester, the school plans to recruit 300 new elementary school students and 300 new junior high school students.
