The "Employment in Beijing to Benefit the People's Livelihood" - Mentougou District's 2024 "Midsummer Appointment" Huayuanfang Business District special job fair, jointly organized by the Mentougou District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and the Dayu Sub-district Office, has kicked off here.
As one of the three major business districts that Mentougou District has focused on building, Huayuanfang has introduced a number of regional first stores of brands and will open grandly on September 28 this year. At the event, more than 30 merchants presented more than 400 job positions, covering industries such as retail, service, and catering. The Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of Mentougou District simultaneously carried out a "live broadcast with job" recruitment activity online. Job seekers do not need to come to the site. By watching the live broadcast, they can consult about the job requirements, working environment, salary and benefits, promotion channels and other related information of their favorite positions. With just a touch of their fingertips, they can send their resumes to companies. A total of 37,000 people watched this job fair online, which met the diverse employment intentions of job seekers to the greatest extent. Through the form of on-site recruitment + live broadcast with job + online special session, it not only broadens channels and builds platforms for job hunting in the jurisdiction, but also "warms up" the business district for opening, brings vitality to the development of the business district, and realizes the "two-way rush" of employment income increase and economic development.
In addition, policy consultation, job registration, and career guidance booths were set up on site. Senior career counselors introduced employment and entrepreneurship policies on site and provided one-on-one resume improvement services to achieve "full coverage" of the employment service process and promote employment of key groups with greater efforts.
