"Starry Sky" adds more "star" power! On August 27, the reporter learned from Western (Chongqing) Science City that the domestic intelligent computing manufacturing base invested and constructed by Chongqing Science City Xinhong Shuzhi Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Xinhong Shuzhi") was completed and put into use in the Science City.
At present, with the vigorous development of digital economy and artificial intelligence, Chongqing is deeply implementing the "Mantianxing" action plan for the software and information service industry. Computing power, as an important "foundation" to support the digital transformation of the economy and society, has received widespread attention.
According to reports, Xinhong Digital Intelligence was jointly established by Tuowei Information Systems Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Tuowei Information") and Chongqing Science City Science and Technology Industry Development Co., Ltd. under Chongqing High-tech Development Group. It mainly focuses on multiple industry scenarios such as artificial intelligence, big data, and domestic computing power. Relying on its parent company Tuowei Information's 28 years of experience in digital transformation and services for government and enterprises, the company's own technological accumulation and product advantages, it provides government and corporate customers with integrated hardware and software solutions and one-stop digital technology services.
"In recent years, our parent company Tuowei Information has established an all-round strategic cooperation with Huawei and has become Huawei's only 'Kunpeng/Ascend AI+Cloud/Big Model+Open Source Hongmeng' all-round strategic partner of software and hardware." A relevant person in charge of Xinhong Shuzhi introduced that under this background, Xinhong Shuzhi uses Kunpeng, Ascend AI, industry big models, and open source Hongmeng as its technical foundation, combines Chongqing's location and industrial advantages, and develops and produces "Zhaohan" intelligent computing products, creates benchmark applications in the artificial intelligence industry, and builds a city intelligent perception system based on open source Hongmeng.
At the intelligent computing manufacturing base, the reporter saw that in the production workshop, many brand-new semi-automatic production lines were arranged in an orderly manner, and workers were debugging the equipment in preparation for the busy production that was about to begin.

It is understood that these semi-automatic production lines will produce the Ascend technology system "Zhaohan" series of general-purpose servers, AI servers, PC products, and all-in-one conference machines, disaster recovery machines and other terminal products. Among them, the "Zhaohan" cloud series servers are high-performance rack servers based on the Kunpeng 920 processor. At present, core components such as server chips, motherboards, and GPUs have all been domestically produced and are safe and controllable.
According to the relevant person in charge of Xinhong Digital Intelligence, in terms of production capacity, their production workshop currently adopts lean design and has multiple desktop/server compatible production lines, which are divided into raw material area, pre-processing area, assembly area, baking area, and packaging area. The production line is equipped with automated and intelligent equipment such as AGV trolleys, loading/unloading robotic arms, and automatic detection and safety testing systems, which can carry out flexible production and maximize lean production efficiency.
"At present, the newly built PC and server production lines at the base have basically entered the debugging stage, and can achieve an annual output of 30,000 PCs and 10,000 servers. It will drive further aggregation of upstream and downstream industries and help the development of Chongqing's intelligent computing industry ecosystem." The person in charge said.
